We patiently trawled through hours of programmes to cherry pick the best moments and shots before bringing them together in 5 different films.

1 of 4 one minute programmes about The Scottish Wildcat. Commissioned by STV to highlight the plight of the highly endangered Scottish Wildcat. Was fascinating to see these native creatures up close and personal!

The programmes were all shot on Canon 5Ds with the Redrock cage rig and Steadycam featuring heavily!

We’ve been spoiled rotten making this – Forth Ports have let us play with some seriously big machines, both on the water, in the air and dock side..another excuse for us to indulge in our hard hat and steel toe capped boot fetish!

The thing about Forth Ports is they have a lot to say about who they are and what they do. So we drafted up a script and then distilled the content into well formed key statements about the company which were then translated into fantastic 2d motion graphic animations.

Filming was planned to cover specific events over a number of months. The aerial shoot finally went ahead after about 10 abortive attempts (thanks to the unpredictable Scottish summer weather).

Music, editing and post production was done in-house at LA Media.

This short film was commissioned as part of a competition proposal to present the EICC’s green awareness and sustainability initiatives. In addition to being submitted as part of the EFQM accreditation the final film was delivered as an online file for the EICC web site to promote the EICC as a business that supports environmental awareness and sustainability practices and values.

We let each team present their particular initiatives – with filming and voice overs all recorded in 1 day and we created a series of lovely, clean 2d motion graphic animations to pull the sections together.

The music that underpins the film was composed and produced in-house as well.
